  • Cancellation Policy:  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given sufficient advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Insurance 
 

Dr. Modir doesn't accept health insurance directly, however out-of-network services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage with your insurance carrier directly. A superbill can be provied to you for reinbursement.
